NEW VACANCY - CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

- Must have previous Managerial Experience, as will be working alone managing own workload.

- Answering emails & telephone calls, and must be able to make own customer service decisions.

- Must understand customer and stock databases within a retail environment.

- Must be computer literate with excellent verbal and written communication, a genuine interest in helping customers and of course the Great Outdoors!

- Previous experience in retail/customer service essential.
